Events and Marketing Coordinator

Manages RCLBs presence at appropriate industry events. Oversees marketing communications, marketing projects, scheduling and budgets; tracks expenses, serves as liaison to editorial, design and procurement.
Primary Responsibilities/Duties:
Oversees booth logistics including location, layout, furniture, rentals, product shipment, setup, and schedules
Creates and manages product orders, returns, and complimentary items for each event
Facilitates staffing logistics including rep selection, travel arrangements, and communication
Communicates staffing logistics, booth logistics, and show schedules to events staff and leadership
Travels as necessary to events, approximately 20% of the time
Maintains inventory of signage, banners, and booth materials
Manages the events budget, in accordance with established limitations
Assists with marketing planning, strategy, and collateral while managing the marketing weekly agenda
Assists Assistant Brand Manager in developing specifications and design for marketing materials
Maintains accurate record keeping and tracking of all marketing collateral related to the budget and the Marketing calendar
Works closely with editors, designers, and procurement to ensure the timely and
cost-effective completion of each marketing piece
Works closely with the Marketing department to coordinate RCL Benzigers image and purpose for each event |
